An artistic exhibition presenting the compelling photographic images of editorial photographer, Gregory Ross, which were selected from the photographer’s editorial collection ~ a body of work in its entirety that spans thirty years and six continents. In photographing the back roads and backrooms wherever the path lead him, Gregory Ross’s captures of faces expresses the human spirit and fulfills his goal to tell the stories that make a difference. Many of the images included in the exhibition were taken while accompanying Dr. Dror Paley and the Paley Foundation Medical Mission Team to Haiti and Nicaragua. Greg will be releasing and signing his first book of photography entitled “Faces: Telling the Stories that Make a Difference” during the weekend event.
Accompanying the photography exhibition are the medical illustrations and xray art of artist, Pamela Ross, commissioned by the educational division of the Paley Foundation. Each illustration of the step-by-step, limb saving surgical procedures developed by Dr. Dror Paley brings a sense of the beauty and harmony of the anatomy of the human body. All images for the exhibition are created with the state-of-the-art Blue Water Editions printing technologies, presenting digital imaging on a variety of forms and surfaces which alone serve to dazzle the eye.
