Meyer Amphitheatre
Yoga event at the Meyer Amphitheater by Living Fit Today.
Saturday, January 23rd
8:00AM – 3:00PM
Practiced by over 15.8 million Americans, Yoga challenges the body and calms the mind while providing a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. With all the talk these days about health care reform, adding yoga is a great prescription for a healthy body.
Yoga Day is the perfect opportunity for all levels. If you are a novice, you don’t have to stand on your head or be flexible; you don’t even have to touch your toes. If your veteran, you can try different styles and different instructors. Whether a novice or veteran…..West Palm Beach Yoga Day is just for you.
Participants learn techniques to reduce stress, relax tight muscles, ease pain and build strength. They learn to breathe more deeply and deliver more oxygen to their cells; they begin the journey to being stronger, fitter, and more flexible. It may even help them to manage their weight. Look for classes like power yoga, kids yoga, gentle, yoga for stiff people, plus much more!
This free community event, open to all skill levels, all shapes and sizes. We even added a kids class this year.
What’s there to do?
In addition all day free yoga there will be a Yoga Marketplace with vendors, yoga studios, food and fun. A great day to bring family and friends.
Join us in West Palm Beach as we celebrate national Yoga Day USA. THERE IS STILL TIME TO GET THE WORD OUT! -Let family and friends know about Yoga Day so they can make travels plans!
